Yes. Kailey arrives fully equipped with all cleaning products, microfiber cloths, a vacuum, and a mop. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product (a specific floor cleaner, a fragrance-free option due to allergies, etc.), just let us know when you book and we'll accommodate it.

Not at all. Most clients are at work while we clean. Many Northwest Austin apartment residents simply leave a key or provide an entry code, and Kailey handles everything. You'll receive a text or email when the clean is complete, and you can ask any questions at booking time.

Yes. Wolfen Clean Co. carries general liability insurance. Your apartment, your belongings, and you are protected on every visit. If you'd like to see proof of insurance before booking, just ask and we'll send it over.

It depends on the size and current state of your apartment. A studio or 1BR standard clean typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours. A 2BR takes around 2.5–3.5 hours. A deep clean or move-out clean takes longer — often 4–6 hours for a 2BR. Kailey will give you a time estimate when she confirms your booking.

Life happens. Just reach out at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean and we'll reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a small fee to cover Kailey's reserved time. We keep things flexible and human — if you have a genuine emergency, just let us know.
